The United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR) is the UN system’s focal point for coordinating disaster risk reduction. It supports implementation, follow-up and review of the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015–2030, helping governments and partners understand risk, strengthen governance, invest in resilience and improve preparedness across hazards, while equipping national and local decision makers with data and partnerships to prevent and reduce risk.
