Built around a job seeker.

The mission
The goal is to empower job seekers with easily accessible intelligent tools to pursue their dream role within the UN and IGOs.
Vacancies are spread across many employers and recruitment systems. Comparing requirements, deciding where to focus and preparing each application can turn a job search into an endless maze. The mission is to bring clarity to that process and make practical support more accessible.
Uncertainty across the sector makes a focused job search more important. As organizations adopt AI to screen applications, job seekers should also have accessible tools to adapt and present their experience clearly. Advancing technology should help both sides of recruitment.
IGO Jobs brings vacancies, application tools, professional connections and tracking together. We cannot promise a job, but we can help you spend less time managing your search and more time pursuing the right opportunities.
Our mission in practice
Find roles that match your experience, skills and preferences.
Find relevant professionals to connect with and learn from.
Use relevant job keywords and clearly present your experience.
Manage applications, deadlines and next steps in one place.

The story
I am Vishishth, the creator of IGO Jobs. While searching for my next role in Geneva, I found plenty of vacancies, but figuring out where to focus and tailoring each application took hours.
Existing job boards helped me discover opportunities in the UN and IGOs. But finding relevant roles, making sense of their requirements, and tailoring each application still took considerable time. The listings were there; the work of turning them into a focused search remained.
With AI tools becoming more capable, I started building an assistant for my own search. It helped me find roles and tailor applications around my experience. I shared it with friends facing the same challenges, and together we began seeing more interviews lined up.

As more friends asked to try it, the idea grew beyond a personal tool. If it could help people around me, why keep it within that circle? I began turning it into a platform that more job seekers could use, without having to build an AI workflow themselves.
That became IGO Jobs: an independent project shaped by the experience of looking for work. The aim is to make the process easier to navigate, so professionals can give more attention to the roles and connections that matter to them.
I’d love to build alongside creative people who think outside the box and enjoy solving problems. Especially those in tech or content!
