The Ibero-American Programme for Strengthening South-South Cooperation (PIFCSS) is an intergovernmental initiative of Ibero-American Cooperation, approved at the 2008 San Salvador Summit. It strengthens national capacities to design, manage and improve South-South and triangular cooperation. Supported and financed by SEGIB, the Programme brings cooperation authorities together to generate knowledge, operate the SIDICSS data system, exchange experience and build partnerships for sustainable development.
