Renewal opens during the final 14 days of your paid access. Your new pass starts after your existing access ends, so renewing early does not lose any days. Renewals use the offer price while an offer is active, then the regular pack price and include 10% bonus credits, available from the new pass start until its end.
Active Pro members can buy 100 extra credits for a one-time payment. Each top-up expires 30 days after payment. You can use those credits to tailor CVs and cover letters even if Pro ends during those 30 days. Buying credits does not extend Pro access or other Pro benefits.
Each top-up adds 100 credits with its own 30-day expiry from payment. Two top-ups bought together give you 200 credits for 30 days, not 60 days. If you buy them on different dates, each expires separately. Your monthly allowance is used first, followed by extra credits in earliest-expiry order. Buying another top-up does not reset the expiry of earlier credits.

Explorer includes 3 AI credits each month. Accelerator includes 100 per month. Locked in includes 120 per month, or 360 across its three-month term. The 120 replaces Accelerator’s 100-credit allowance; the two amounts do not stack.
