The Online Volunteers will share vacancy announcement links through relevant networks and channels to reach potential applicants in the specified duty stations. They will also provide individual or small-group online guidance to help interested candidates navigate the UNV application system, complete their applications, understand the required documentation, and proceed through the recruitment steps.
By expanding the outreach of vacancy announcements and providing practical, step-by-step assistance, the Online Volunteers will help increase applications from targeted locations, address common barriers to applying, reduce delays, and improve the overall recruitment experience.
