With regards to the response by the representative of Chad, I would like to draw his attention to the report of the independent fact-finding mission, report AHRC/63/23, September 2026, titled igniting the conflict in Sudan, external to the paragraphs 47, 54, 80, 84, 72, 86, 98, 125, 88.
All of these paragraphs are related to the countries that are worsening the conflict and at the head of them is the country of evil, the UAE.

Mr. President, we take the floor in exercising our right of reply against the Sudan, which is talking on behalf of one of the parties of the civil war in Sudan, which is the party which rejects being a part of regional and international initiatives to bring about peace, and which rejects every humanitarian truce that has been presented to them and commits atrocities and uses internationally prohibited chemical weapons against civilians.
