Trust, especially amongst neighbors and in the region, is reinforced when there is respect for the rule of law for the resolutions of the United Nations General Assembly, the ruling of the International Tribunal on the Law of the Sea, and the ICJ's advisory opinion on the Chagos Archipelago, which carries authoritative obligations.
