Mr. President, this organization was founded to save succeeding generations from the scourge of war. Yet today, the chief architect of that very scourge, the notorious Prime Minister of the Israeli regime, addressed this Assembly, an utmost disgrace to this body. This is the ultimate insult to all noble values such as justice, equality, and dignity and worth of the human person enshrined in this Organization's Charter. This is the greatest affront to the principles of humanity and the human conscience. This is a profound betrayal of the purpose and principles of this Organization. The UN was founded to preserve peace and uphold justice, not to serve as a platform for war criminals. How can a person who is currently facing proceedings before two international courts for war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide be allowed to be present in this Assembly? Does he belong at this podium to justify his crimes, or in the dock of a court of law to answer for genocide? According to an assessment by the UN itself, in less than two years, the Israeli regime dropped more than 200,000 tons of explosive on Gaza, equivalent to the total energy of approximately 13 Hiroshima-type nuclear bombs. Just imagine. Today, the regime's Prime Minister told this Assembly that he has brutally killed nearly 75,000 Palestinian civilians, mostly women and children, and injured around 157,000 others, simply because he had no other choice. He also added that he made very easily the decision to commit these crimes and crimes like collective punishment, ethnic cleansing, and the use of starvation as a method of war. These data are not Iranian claims. These are judicial findings and documented international legal investigations. In January 2024, the ICJ, and in September 2025, the UN Commission of Inquiry concluded that the Israeli regime is committing genocide in Gaza. How can the UN provide a platform to such a notorious criminal? What message does this assembly send to Palestinians when their leaders are barred from speaking here due to the United States' obstruction, while a criminal responsible for the killing of 75,000 Palestinians is given this podium? If this Assembly barred apartheid South Africa in 1917, why should it grant speaking privileges to this criminal today? Beyond that, why does this Assembly not invoke Article 6 of the Charter of the United Nations to expel this regime from the organization for persistently violating the UN's principles? Allowing the presence of a criminal at this Assembly fundamentally contradicts the UN's purpose and principles, which are neither aspirational slogans nor selectively applicable only to some of its members. These binding principles, which form the foundation of the international legal order, have been deliberately, persistently, systematically, and systematically violated by the Israeli regime. Its prime minister commits genocide while claiming victimhood, a stark example of hypocrisy. It is a reminder of how they try to present their military as the most moral army in the world. For him, this is completely natural, as hypocrisy, victim playing, distortion, and disinformation are in his nature, as are child killing, homicide, and genocide. However, he cannot whitewash his crimes. His words do not erase his deeds, nullify court findings and orders, or cleanse his record. From historical point of view, occupation is in their DNA, aggression is in their blood, terrorism is in their nature, child killing is their lovely habit, domicide, carpet bombing, and demolishing homes over heads of their inhabitants are their longstanding tradition. Apartheid is their established custom. War crime is their fun. Genocide is their most beloved practice. Crimes against humanity are their traditional business. Deception, lying, and victim playing are the core elements of their strategy. And Zionism is their statehood manifesto. This regime's illusory objective is to establish the so-called Greater Israel. To that end, it commits systematically and simultaneously and with ruthless brutality, all for international crimes, aggression, genocide, war crimes, and crimes against humanity. It has crossed even the most fundamental legal, moral, and humanitarian red lines, and has also drowned the entire region into a devastating conflict. Its savage crime in Gaza, Lebanon, and other parts of our region over the past two years are merely the tip of the submerged iceberg of its criminal practices. Unsurprisingly, it commits all such crimes brutally and with total impunity simply because it is confident of the reserved military, intelligence, economic, and political support of the United States. The United States is the principal accomplice in all crimes of the Zionist regime, just as it is in the crimes of ISIS, which was created by the US but defeated by commanders like General Qasem Soleimani, who, for that very reason, was subsequently assassinated at the direct order of the United States president. During the joint aggression of the US-Israeli regime against the Islamic Republic of Iran in 2025 and 2026, they deliberately martyred more than 4,800 civilians, which included the assassination of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, martyred Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Khamenei, members of his family, and a number of high-ranking Iranian officials. Still, the U.S. is not number one sponsor of terror. It only wants our oil and gas, and eagerly and genuinely willing to bring freedom to our people. Exactly with the intent and purpose, they deliberately killed our 168 innocent children aged between 7 and 12 in a primary school in Minaw, and recently targeted a wedding ceremony in Sauer, Iran. And unsurprisingly, the Western countries that portray themselves as defenders of human rights and for that very reason always stand with Israel in all its crimes, not only did not condemn such obvious crimes, but also support this regime in continuing to commit such crimes more often, more brutally. I take this opportunity to categorically reject the baseless allegation made by the representative of Slovenia these allegations are worthless to respond. Does the systematic and persistent commission of all four international crimes carried out on the gravest scale and with the greatest brutality by the US and the Israeli regime violate international law or not? Where are the law, justice, accountability, morality, humanity, and conscience? While the UN has both responsibility and obligation to act promptly and effectively, it has miserably failed to act. Yet, neither we will forget nor forgive the war crimes committed jointly by the US-Israeli regime, nor can silence or inaction shield criminals from accountability. Mr. President, the Islamic Republic of Iran warns in the clearest possible terms that any further act of aggression against our sovereignty, territorial integrity, or national interests will be met with a decisive and devastating response. Relying on God the Almighty, the great nation of Iran will resolutely defend its homeland, its honor, and its interests. We will definitely overcome the aggressors. This is our long-standing tradition. Resistance runs in our blood and is part of our national DNA. I thank you, Mr. President.
